MARKET CENTER HQ

Your data. Your choice.

This page explains how to disconnect Facebook and Instagram and request deletion of information held by Market Center HQ.

Disconnect a social account

A Market Center administrator can open Staff & settings → Market Center connections, or Social → Channels, and disconnect Facebook & Instagram. HQ removes that connection’s stored access credentials and cancels its pending publishing jobs. You can also remove Market Center HQ from your Facebook Business Integrations settings.

Request deletion

Email privacy@marketcenterhq.com with the subject “Market Center HQ data deletion request.” Include your Market Center name, the email associated with your HQ account, and the Facebook Page or Instagram username concerned. Tell us whether you want to delete a social connection, your personal information, or an entire Market Center account.

We may need to verify your identity or authority to manage the Market Center before deleting its information. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or identification documents in your initial request. We will respond with the next steps and confirm the outcome.

What happens to published posts?

Disconnecting HQ does not delete posts or stories already published to Facebook or Instagram. Manage those directly in the social network. An in-progress publish request may already have reached the network when a connection is removed.

Other Market Center records

Your Market Center controls its roster, events, communications, and other business records. Contact its administrator for corrections or deletion, or contact us for help routing a request. Some information may need to be retained for security, accounting, legal requirements, or backup recovery; we will explain any applicable limitations.
